So I read the reviews, and decide that they can't be all THAT bad. Surely?
I phone first to check the item I am interested is actually in Stock.
A slightly bothered sales staff informs me that if its listed as 2-5 day delviery on the web site its in stock. No offer to check, she doesn't need to. Its in stock.
So I place the order.
And wait.
And wait. Lots of email adverts fill my inbox from them.
Finally, after a week I call to find out where my item is.
"Sorry. Its out of stock. Nothing we can do about it, our suppliers have only just informed us. To make it up to you we will put it on Next Day delivery when it does come back in stock".

BUYER BEWARE - they seem to be making a habit of this.
