“childseat service was poor/bad when booked”

I was unhappy with the bad information of ekstra cost I had to paid for the childseat i ordered. When I had completed the order it said "Paid in full" so I was very surprised that i was charged ekstra at the desk when picking up the car. The person from the company did inform my that it was described in the booking, but he also did admit that it was very confusing/unclear.

I still don't understand why you put in BIG FONTS on top of the booking "paid in full" and then charge ekstra. I felt you where cheating on me!
