“IFlorist online customer service helpline”

I have just had a chat with the customer service helpline before placing my order. Iflorist advertise free delivery but you seem to have to pay shipping charges which to me are the same thing. I was not given a satisfactory answer as to why - apparently it depends on where the flowers are going to and the size of the bouquet so I suggested they should state that not all deliveries are free. They did, however, give me a £5 discount code as a gesture of goodwill. Just hope the flowers are better than the explanation.
