“Even got my boyfriend to like it! ;-)”

written by Patrice764 on 06/07/2012

The movie is about Vicky and Christina spending their summer holidays in Barcelona, where they meet a very interesting (and handsome!) guy in an art gallery - who makes them a wicked offer - which the two women can't resist. Things that were not meant to be happen and they cause the plot to evolve very twisted and enthralling.

I really love love love this movie - it always lefts me feeling with Victoria, when she is struggeling between her affair and her marriage. I think that is someone everyone can relate to. It's primarily a women's movie, but I also know alot of men that appreciate the movie. It's about love, passion, art - and just never being satisfied with what you have at the moment.
I think Woody Allen created a lovely movie, the actors are splendid (especially Penelope excells!) and the story is, too. Love the guitar music as well! It made me wanna go to Barcelona and spend a nice summer there as well. Who knows ;-)

I would not hesitate to recommend this movie to anyone - also if you're normally not into movies about love - its so much more than that.
