my htc desire charger port broke, so i sent this off to be fixed to m blue ltd. they fixed the issue in good time and sent the phone back. however, the sim card could not be recognised. so i called them and they told me to send this back, which i did. they then returned it several days later saying the phone was beyond economic repair. no other explaination nothing. i have tried to get a response from them about this via phone and email and have got no where. they have become very clever as they did not cast blame anywhere either ie say the fault must lie with me or the royal mail. i have sent several emails since and get a generic reply.
i wish i had read reviews on these guys before i sent my device to them as they are disgusting. their customer treatment is third world and they do nto seem to care wotsover. i have already contacted trading standards, and the financial ombudsman about them. am have written to watchdog, as this company is very large and there are a huge amount of complaints about them.
DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!
