I was enticed by the supposed rewards that accompany the Santander 123 Account. Fortunately, I didn't close my existing account when opening the Santander Account.
When I encountered an anomaly, and tried to contact Santander, they made my life so difficult that that it in no way compensated for the £45.00 interest that I received over two months I had maintained my account with Santander.
I dread to think what happens to Santander customers who have major issues that need resolved by Santander.
Please consider carefully before moving to Santander. Because, customer care is not part of the Santander experience.
