“If Carlsberg did customer service!”

Where does one start? This is a return to a totally customer focused business who have no problem in actually taking the time to talk to their customers, and understand the requirements and advise accordingly.

One broken pair of very expensive TAG Heuer sunglasses (£270 to replace) repaired and good as new for less than £20, including fixing the loose lens in an old pair of Ray Bans has to be what keeping the customer happy is about.

Without hesitation I would return again, not only for purchasing the original glasses, as I have now done three times, but for all the little repairs caused by careless owner and boisterous Dalamation and Weimeraner jumping all over them and playing tug with them also!
