Laptop arrived with faulty touch pad and it failed the windows 7 extended memory test.

The refurbished laptop was a scam.
100MHz bus instead of 166MHZ.
DDR3 1600 running at DDR3 1333 and 1.5V. (DDR3 1333 was specified in ad)
CPU voltage at 10% greater than safe maximum.
The motherboard had a Cougar Point chipset and YES it had no SATA 300 just SATA 600 and SATA 150 connections.

Say no more. One of the duff motherboards released by INTEL last year. And it was a blown one!!!

Customer services and returns and refund quick, no problems.
