“terrible service in every store i have been to”

Oxford street.... stay clear... place is overcrowded, ghetto loud music, long queues with unhelpful staff. told I could not get a refund on an unwore item 2 days after buying, had to have a gift card.
Lewisham ... wanted to buy tracksuit bottoms with a gift card... took cashier 20 minutes to process as till was playing up. no other staff around to help as other one was talking to his friends on the phone
