Have been with Eclipse for about 6 years and have recently taken up their 'Bundle', after having some issues with BT. The help in choosing the right package for me was good with no 'hard sell', just genuine and honest suggestions. The transfer of phone line and call package was seamless, in fact I wasn't even aware that it had happened until I answered a phone call and saw caller display (a feature I've never had before but free as part of Eclipse's deal).
Others have said that this isn't the cheapest around (and in some ways I agree) but you get what you pay for and with Eclipse you get great customer service, a reasonably priced deal and the best speed available with no down time or peak time use problems.
All things considered I would not hesitate to recommend Eclipse.
