“Faulty Jeans”

I returned a pair of Cheeky Monkey Jeans my son had purchased. The Jeans were great untill the seam frayed. We no longer had the reciept. I returned the Jeans to the Bluewater store where i was offered a exchange or refund straight away.

I was really pleased with the service and would definately shop there again.
