“Great Product - Great Service”

Moving to a hard water area in the south from a soft water area in the north has meant that we've really noticed the impact that hard water has in terms of putting extra strain on appliacnes and the extra cleaning effort it takes to keep things that you can see spick and span.

To date we've tried most of the 'Miracle Cures' that use frequency to disturb the limescale or magnetise the flow etc, etc, and nothing has worked apart from our recent solution the Harvey's water softener.

The main benefits are that we don't touch it... it just works... simply make sure that it has the salt installed and it does the rest. Add to that the fact that we descaled and cleaned everything once it was installed and 2 months later our sinks, kettle, shower door & taps have only needed a wipe down since and it gets a big tick for solving our problem. I can only imagine that its doing the same good work inside our heating system and washing machine, we certainly have softer clothing despite using half the amount of detergents.

With regard to dealing with Harvey's, the initial visit was ok, the follow up was fine but the service that the installation guy gave us was exceptional. He was on time, clean and tidy and a pleasure to have in our home, a 1st rate chap.
