“My mulberry visit”

I visited the Mulberry Shop at house of fraser on 23 June 2012, victoria square today. I have a mulberry wallet which my finacee bought me recently, my wallet got water marked. I phoned the shop and was advised to call in. I called in, when I spoke to the assistant, Coleen Farrell and told her of my problem, she said that i should call in on a week day when the shop wasnt so busy, she could then rub a little gel on the wallet and seal it. But she couldnt do it on a saturday as it was so busy and the other customers wouldnt approve!!! i waited in a line of other customers while the staff talked tittle tattle with them, when she served me there were no other customers! I have bought a lot of mulberry products in this store and in the uk and have never been treated like this.
