“Disappointment with Online Shopping”

I was very disappointed with my forst and last experience of Online Shopping with Sainsbury's.
I ordered the meat offer of £10 for 3. One of the items was unavailable, so they substituted this with a product, twice the size, and £4 more. and when I stated I did not want such a large substitute, it was removed, and therefore I lost the offer, and ended up paying more. for the two items.
I also ordered the milk, for the Jug-it. There was an offer, that if you bought so many packets of milk, you would get the jug free. Jug never arrived. The fruit I ordered was bruised, and some of it inedible. I couldn't be bothered to ring and complain, because I decided I wasn't going to use their online shopping again. I have not had any problem when shopping in any Sainsbury store, so I was very disappointed with my Online experience.
