They tried to provide a phone unlock code but they were unsuccessful and it only took 24 hours for them to confirm this. It took Virgin and Nokia a full week and two attempts.

Although I had to remind them that they had not returned my fee, it was only once and it was returned quickly after a reminder.

No complaints from me.
