“Worst online experience in quite a while”

It took my order 10 days to arrive even though it said on the website that stock was readily available (within 1-2 days). I spoke to the customer services hotline who were very friendly and promised me prompt delivery after my call, but nothing happened for a few days again. I then received an email saying that my order had been dispatched and that I could track my parcel. Tracking did not work either unfortunately. To sum it up: It took ages to get my product, and I did not have any idea of when it would arrive. Very poor. And I finally received an email from oneclicktoys asking for feedback which led me to this page.
