I sent off my blackberry bold 9900 to you for FIFTY POUNDS. I then got it back and it was fine for about 2 days.. Then it broke, I put no pressure on it, it just broke. And it's you're fault. I then called up and asked if I could get it repaired for free, SINCE WE WERE GIVEN A 3 MONTH WARENTEE.but they accused me of lying and said that I must have broken it myself. I have never been so angry in my life and my phone is now in a worse condition and I am down 50 pounds. I'm completely outraged and I feel ripped off . Your call centres were NO help and accused me of it being my fault, A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED TO ANYBODY.
