“Bad service on refund, Mr. Kuljinder Bahia no response”

I wanted to travel to Dubai, so booked hotel and flights and transfer service, chose transfers as did not realise where the hotel was and was adviced by sales person that hotel dont have free transfers, so paid £50 for to and fro.
Reached safely at the hotel which was good, on the day of coming back we were supposed to be pickedup by the transfer company at 12noon for flight at 14.30hrs , so waited in the lobby from 11.45am kept on calling the transfer company to see where the driver is kept on telling us he will be there in few minutes, but didnt arrive on my persistance call to them I had same message that he will be thre in few minutes, the hotel lobby person call them 4times same message and at 13.08, I took a taxi before i miss the flight reached airport at 13.40 counter was about to close taxi costed me 30Dhs (£5) southall charge me £50 bothways. Later I emailed the hotel to find out when the pickup came it arrived after 13.30, means I would have missed the flight,I asked for refund on my return, I had no confirmation from sales person so I wrote to the MD a recoerede letter. I had no rely from him, I call Southall Travel asked to speak to the MD I was told he will not talk to us os reply letters too.
Later I was told the refund is ready will be credited to my account it took them 2weeks to give me a refund of £25.
What a Company? no-one wants to know you after they have your money.
