“The best customer service I have come across!”

Helpful, speedy and generous! They replaced broken parts without hesitation by first class post. Thank you. I would say however, that the new neon scooters are not as easy to change parts as the older classic design. The new brake system seems to get in the way. Having said that both the new and old are fab and my kids love them.
