I love this site and regularly use it for both personal and business purposes. I am a travel agent and have booked accommodations through yourselves in the past. I do think that you should have a loyalty programme and reward your customers for using yourselves. Even if it was a small discount on a stay - every little helps. If you did offer a small discount, I would certainly recommend you to everybody I know plus my friends in the Travel Industry.
