Good Points
I always seem to get through to the customer helpline quickly and get someone who can help me.
Bad Points
They seem to take ages to change direct debits.
General Comments
British Gas are a good company, but their general level of service could be improved.
As a lot of companies are raising prices, I may look at my options for cheaper prices from someone else, if British Gas are not competitive enough for me.
