“JD Sports/Horrible retailer ”

I ordered some nike shoes from them delivery time stated 5-6 days i got these shoes two weeks after the stated time of delivery and they were the wrong size. So i returned the item on a urgent courier due to the fact i needed these trainers for an event i had on, urgent courier got these shoes back to JD within 4-5 days it has now been another month and i have not received any update on where my replacement is i have sent numerous emails with no reply, the customer service is ridiculous. I am now at a $130 NZD loss not to mention the $70 NZD to send these shoes back on a urgent courier. It seems they don't mind taking your money but when it comes to serving the customer they don't give a S#*^..

If i knew beforehand this would be such a painstaking situation I would have never placed an order with them in the first place.
