“The worse bank I've ever dealt with”

My family have been with this bank for over 25 years, however we have recently all agreed to move over to another bank due to high levels of very poor service.

The staff are not polite, they unregister customers from telephone/internet banking with no warning, they block your card abroad with no warning, they dont provide any text services and are heavy handed with fees.

If you want to transfer some money to yourself, make sure you have your address, security code, customer number, bank card, recent transactions to the penny - this is all before you can get your own money. Thats if your lucky and they havent changed your account set up with no notice.

Very poor.
