“sky customer services”

only been with sky a few months now and i decided to change by direct debit date to my payday which sky had done for me.but i have just found out that they didnt take the money and now i have to pay for two months £220 how do these numptys think i can pay this amount of money. i called sky and they came out with all these excuses basically they blamed it on me and they didnt admit they have made a mistake the customer servives people dont know what they are talking about half the time VERY FUSTRATING !!!!!!!!!!! AND JUST TO ADD THEY WANT ALL THE MONEY NOW HAVE PUT IN A COMPLAINT BUT THAT WILL GO NOWHERE
