Been doing it for one week lost 5 pounds. Not long term but think gives good kick start to stopping overloading plate with food. Not been overly hungry but if started to feel peckish had some fruit or low fat yoghurt. also had some wine as treat!!!!! Only down side is quite expensive unless super has it on special offer. Good luck people, x
