I have been using fitbug for over a year. The implementation is awful and the bug often doesn't upload steps correctly !!! Important when you are using it to help not only fitness but to reduce premium on Pruhealth. The latest version of the but is the ultimate 'fat client' - one has to download java runtime just for the sake of the fitbug.

I am very unimpressed with their systems designers and programmers.

Good idea, but let down by the implementation. While technical support was always quick and helpful, other support on offer falls short of the implied promise. Too expensive for what it is and does. You're quicker counting your calories the traditional way and logging your steps in a spreadsheet.
