“NO product ever received after 12 days!!!”

puchased on 24th of May, now it's 5th of June, received email that the goods has been dispetched on 24th of May, but never receive anything and it's already 12 days!!! Today I got ur email asking me to put on feedback, so what u expect me to write if u have not receive anything also no any reply from u after I emailed u??!! Very poor service! I strongly ask for my money back!!!
