“No Customer Service or Product”

I placed an order with this company on May 8/12 and paid extra for the quicker shipping which was to include tracking (within 2 to 7 business days). It is now May 31/12 and I still have not received my order. I have sent them seven e-mails requesting a tracking number for my order and I have never received one response despite the fact that their website says they respond to e-mails within 24 hours. I am feeling like I have been scammed.
