“Load of rubbish!!!”

We ordered a dress for my daughters prom, they said it would take 18-23 days to 'tailor' the dress and 1-3 days delivery so 26 days max. We ordered on the 1st of May and have not received the dress to date. I 'spoke' to someone on the live web chat who said they would chase it. Guess what? No dress. I have now cancelled the order and am attempting to get my money back through Paypal. There is no uk phone number and it is quite obvious when you start 'talking' that you are not speaking to anyone who is english. Avoid at all costs.
