Same experiences as everyone else by the looks of it. Ordered invitations in January finally got them end of April. Quality of invitations was poor- RSVP cards smudged and overall appearance bland- certainly get what you pay for. I could have done better myself if I had tried!!! 6 weeks to go to the wedding and no post box or guest book. No replies to my mails and I think she has either gone out of business or just burying her head in the sand. I spent £300 on my order which is still incomplete. Out of all the things I have organised this has certainly stressed me out the most and you can do without it. It is the principle of the money by paying up front you do this in good faith and I have certainly learnt my lesson I will never pay for any goods in full until I receive them. Hopefully Karen will not pursue her business any further but to refund the money for the goods she has not supplied would be her parting gift to her unhappy customers surely.
