Hi, recently got a phone call for my debt and agreed to go ahead as long as the small print was satisfactory, recieved the paperwork by post and after reading it did not agree to some bits, so decide to cancel not knowing they have already taken a payment out of my account without my concent, when I rang to cancel everything and a refund of £142 I was given an excuse that my 14 days of cancelation was over, they knew I emailed them 4 days before expiry date and phoned and left a message of cancelation, I'm still trying to get my money back, I advise to anyone not to go with this company it's a total rip off.
