Good Points
I don't know, as I have never had the privilege of anyone turning up.

Bad Points
Totally unreliable! I wonder if they simply employ people to answer the phone, fielding complaints and making appointments, and haven't bothered appointing anyone that will actually deliver any services!!

General Comments
I feel like a lightweight complainer in comparison to the other reviews about British Gas, but I had merely made an appointment for a quote to have central heating installed. I finished work early and waited in for the allotted 2 hours, and no-one came. I called to complain and was told the sales rep would call me back and explain. The following day I had a call from the call centre. The sales rep was ill the day before, and unfortunately the manager had not got the message and been able to rearrange any appointments. I made another appointment, making it clear that I was very uncertain about whether I would feel comfortable about their reliability if there were any problems this time.



Sure enough, I finished early another night, and again waited for 2 hours for the sales rep, who didn't show.



Needless to say, I am happy that I have been let down at this stage rather than actually arranging for them to fit anything!!
