“Faultless - made the move stress-free.”

We used Pers Removals to move from our four-storey house in London to a two-storey house Birmingham, based on the reviews here. The move could not have been better organised, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Pers for any move.

Before the move I got a handful of quotes: Pers were by no means the cheapest, but their quote was less than half that quoted by a large nationally-recognised firm of removers who regularly get slated in reviews here. We chose Pers because of the reviews here. I'm so glad I chose Pers.

The move was not an easy one - a big house into a little house, but Kaveh made everything very easy. He gave the initial quote very quickly, and stuck with it. It then took a couple of months to get a completion date, and Kav organised the move on relatively short notice. Throughout, Kav was prompt and incredibly helpful, kept to his word, and gave a thoroughly professional and personal service.

In the run up to the move, boxes/tape/paper were provided, and additional supplies were dropped round promptly on request. The Pers website has some very helpful videos to show you how to pack certain items, like plates, pictures etc. If we weren't sure about something, Kav was available on the phone to answer our questions.

On the day before the move, the team turned up to part-pack, which was incredibly helpful, and I recommend that you take advantage of this if possible, as getting the first lot of boxes out of the way helped us see the wood for the trees!

On the day of the move, the three men turned up, and did an amazing job moving beds, furniture and the remaining boxes in to the van. Kav even turned up to make sure everything was running smoothly, a personal touch that we really appreciated. We always felt that Kav took a close personal interest in everything that was going on. The team themselves were very helpful and friendly, and they worked incredibly hard and efficiently. They really know what they're doing.

At the other end, the unpack went smoothly, and as promised the team reassembled our beds before leaving, which was an incredible help.

Absolutely nothing went wrong. Nothing was broken. Every box made it into the correct room at the other end, and the team thoughtfully used their initiative on the couple of occasions that we'd forgotten to label something.

We never thought it would be possible that the move would be so stress-free, and the fact that it went so well is a credit to the Pers team.
