“Increased premium on passing test, beware parents!!!”

My daughter recently passed her test. She had been insured for 4 months on her provisional license while we took her out in her own car. When I called to let them know she had passed they charged me £150 extra. They said this is standard policy!!! This does not make their original quote competetive. Had we known we would not have taken the policy with them originally. At no time was this mentioned when I was on the phone arranging the policy. When I asked about cancelling the charges are huge!! I wont be renewing with them next year that is for sure.
