Initial contact very helpful. Slightly concerned over lack of response after initial booking. Had to contact by e-mail, uncovered fact e-mail taken down incorrectly. Once matter rectified all staff extremely helpful and all details arranged promptly. Would use again. Would prefer payment contact through secure website rather than giving payment details over the phone. All correspondence dealt with promptly.
