I bought my wife an eternity ring for christmas 2010 cost £360.last week,just 18 months later, one of the diamonds fell out and was lost,after contacting jacamo and waiting days for a return call which never arrived i called them back and was told that any item bought from them was only under warrenty for 12 months,the ring was then compared to a vacuam cleaner and a laptop for reasons i cannot explain.i then asked to speak with a manager and was told that he,the guy on the phone, had dealt with my enquiry as per their customer directive and i would not be allowed to speak with anybody else,have had to give it 1 star because 0 star is not for the love of your God please dont buy this overpriced tat from this sham of a company.
