“Better than 1 & 1 but who isn't”

Though allegedly Leeds based I suspect that the support staff are overseas judging by the names and use of english.
This is of course not a problem in itself but I find the same problems I did with 1 & 1's German support staff ie they speed read a support ticket and try to reply instantly, as obviously getting a fast response is much better than getting a helpful one. If only they read a ticket properly instead of picking out key words they may be able to resolve a problem in one go instead of wasting time sending incomplete replies.
More haste less speed.
They also prefer to have lenghtly email conversations telling the customer how to do something when it would have been much quicker for them to just do it in the first place.
I notice on theire website that they have 100% customer satisfaction yeah right.
