I ordered tickets to Springsteen at Olympic stadium in Berlin in December 2011. And paid for best seats. I had to wait until mid May to receive tickets: wrong tickets, wrong name, wrong price. And what can be done about it???? their complaints page doesn't reply although they say they will reply in 24hrs, they don't respond to emails and they don't accept phone complaints. We have flown all the way around the world for this shocking service. Why can't these people at least respond?
