I Purchased a unlock code on 12th May for a sony Xperia S Locked to the three uk network the following day i received a msg that they would have to do a refund as they could not unlock my handset. So i have sent them 3 emails now with no response and they have still not refunded my payment. i Have asked trading standards to have a nosey in to this company as there practices seem very shady to say the least PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO Have your phone unlocked do it through your network of you can three only charge £15 and at least you know it will be done..
