“Customer service reborn”

Thank you guys for ALWAYS being there at the other end of the phone and always being so helpful and gracious. And thank you for speaking English. I spent 5 years with another hosting place before I discovered yours, and it was always a dreaded moment when I realized I'd have to call for any reason at all. I was never less than 30 minutes, waiting for someone to help and after I was connected, had to struggle to understand the person on the other end of the call. And never, was my problem solved in a satisfactory manner. What a nice change to be able to communicate in seconds instead of long minutes and actually getting positive results. This is my third year with you guys now, and I would NEVER change, simply because of the excellent customer service I receive here. In a world where customer service is almost a thing of the past, you guys STILL DELIVER! Thanks so much for making my customer service experience with you PERFECT!
