I was on Easyjet flight on the 12th of May - Gatwick to Lisbon, the aircraft was on the runway heading for takeoff. A lady passenger was a bit stubborn and refused to remove her jacket which she hanged in front of her seat, on the table tray I think. The airhostess spoke sternly and asked her to remove it, when the lady refused, then came another hostess or two and they too did not handle the situation very well and talk politely but went ahead and called the pilot, and the pilot rerouted the aircraft back to the point of origin causing a 1 and a half hour delay to all the passengers on board. The police were called and the lady and her friend were taken out of the aircraft. What I want to say is that the lady wasn~t a threat, someone needed to speak to her politely and explain when she needed to remove her jacket but it looked like no body who tried to handle the situation were able to do it calmly but acted in angry manner
