“No stock and problems getting refund”

Despite reading the many poor reviews for this company, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and place an order with them.

Ordered an item from the sellers website. Nothing on the site to say that the item was out of stock. Paid, then 2 days later emailed for an update as I had not received the item. Only then did I receive an email stating that the item would be in stock in 2 months time!!

It then took 2 emails, 1 phone call and 1 week later before I received a refund.

Although I'm sure many people have received good service from this company, I for one will not be ordering from them again.
