“I recommend all NOT TO TAKE AIR ASIA”

They claim to be cheap but that is not true and the service, even worst. Being a first time oversea traveller, many things on flight booking are not clear. Wanna call AirAsia ?! another rip off of RM1 p/min. Tweet them, no reply. E-form also no reply. I just want to add-in meal but their system shows error. So frustrated. Everything have trap, everything charged. Next time, I am going for MAS or Firefly. Price fairly higher but the service is excellent. Been to LCCT ? Its like warehouse with very low maintenance. Really shows stingyness.
