I top up £15 ponds to there country saver package. the sim i was using was damaged. when i call the customer service number. even though its a uk company the call transfer to india who pretend answering from uk. horrible and pathatic customer service team. they cant send me a new sim instead i need to top up again £15 to get a new number. then i ask what happen to the £15 which i top up.. simply saying it unusable... what a company they just robbed my £15. Uk mobile company cant send a replacement sim. Any suggestion to report it to any other authority.
