“Will never fly Delta again!”

We booked our Cruise about a year in advance. Flying out of Tulsa to Atlanta. Our Plane was late taking off in Tulsa and landed in Atlanta at 9:35 am. Our conecting flight wasn't suppose to leave until 9:40 to San Juan. The plane had already left before we landed. Delta had a flight at 11:15. There were 9 of us flying. They took 7 of my friends on that flight. My friend and I had to wait for the next flight at 3:15. They loaded the plane with the passangers on a big plane then told us they had done a walk around and the plane was not flyable. Why did they not do the walk around before they loaded all the passangers. Part of the nose on the plane was gone. We got off that plane and sat until they found another plane. We had to run from Concorse T to Concorse A. That is where we started from Tulsa. Our Ship was leaving at 10:00 PM . We made it at around 9:30 had to get our luggage and get to the ship. It was an experience I would not want anyone to go through. On our trip back leaving San Juan we were backing out and had a power outage. I prayed the whole way to Atlanta we didn't have a power outage in the air. If you can fly with another Air- line it my suggestion that you do.
