I hosted a party and found the merchandise to be way overpriced and the hostess rewards were minimal. Then when the merchandise arrived (after paying an exorbitant shipping cost), 2 of the items on the packing list were missing. The company seemed to think my consultant should have to pay to overnight these items to me. Why? It wasn't her mistake! The customer service rep was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but I will not order from PartyLite again and definitely will not host another party.
