“Up to 100% more light.”

I have these fitted in a Mondeo TDCi Mk4. The light output is a considerable improvement on the OEM lamps.

It is important with all makes of uprated bulbs to remember they claim "up to 100%" more light. They will provide more of an improvment in some cars over others depending on the OEM lamps being replaced and shape/design of the headlight unit.

It is also worth remembering that due to the finer filament and different gasses in the lamp envelope they often don't last as long as basic halogen lamps.

Finally these can often be purchased online for the same price as basic halogen lamps in Halfords/etc. They can be found quite cheaply if you are prepared to look around.
