“WILL ORDER NOTHING EVER AGAIN FROM BRANDALLEY”

Over the couple of years I have ordered from Brandalley, I have experienced so many delays....issues....lost orders....that I am finally cancelling my account with them. Currently I am awaiting an order that I paid for in March, and was told would be delivered by end of April at the latest. It is now 9th May and I spoke to cancel my order today but was told I cannot as it is 'ready for despatch', and has been 'ready for despatch' for the last ten days! This is not the first time I have experienced issues and delays. They take payment and hold on to your money for weeks before despatch! Definitely will never order from them again. I have found recently that it is often possible to get the items at discounted prices from other suppliers anyway!
