“I was buying the plate as a surprise 65th birthday...”

I was buying the plate as a surprise 65th birthday present for my husband, so it was really important that he didn't find out. Martyn was really good, texted me rather than phoning and making sure I knew when the plates were due to be delivered so I could get home first and hide them!
We had to delay the transfer of the number until after my husband's birthday, and that caused no problems at all. When we did eventually transfer them it was all done in a couple of days and then I had a follow-up call to check I was happy with the service. I'm really impressed with the personal touches, and would definitely recommend The Private Plate Company.
