“ Goldcar , Ibiza ,best spanish rip off ever”

after being left at ibiza airport carpark for half a hour due to only one van and driver,having to pick up five coples and only being able to take 6 people at a time, therefor we had to wait for a return trip . Taken to an industrial estate and yet another half hour wait to be seen then to be told that I wpuld have to pay 600 Euroes on credit card or 186 Euroes for collision damage insurance. I said that I did not request or need it because i had already paid insurance when booking the car in England . To this I was told 186 Euroes or no car . 60 euroes was for a full tank of petrol which I understood and on the understanding. that any petrol left in the tank on my return of the car would be reinburst to me .This did not happen and the lady behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders when I questioned this !!!!
I advise anyone to read the small print and be very careful unless you want to have spend extra money when you reach your destination .
